Build BVI a Sales App as Sharp as Their Knives
BVI manufactures, sells and distributes ophthalmic devices across the US, Europe and Asia. With hundreds of sales reps across dozens of countries, BVI's convoluted sales process led to errors and 9 months to close a sale. They needed a better way to sell their 1400+ products, prove their value, and cut down their sales cycle to 3 months.

Discovery and Definition
Collaborating closely with BVI’s marketing and sales team to understand the customer and the buying journey, unique solutions were uncovered through competitive analysis and creative brainstorming. Exiting the workshop, a prototype was tested with BVI Sales Reps across North America and Europe and the insights gained during this phase led to small changes to the experience, but overall the reception was highly positive.
